2008 Schelude predictions -Delaware

Well it is that time of the year 2007 racing & banquets are done.Now you have off time for drivers and their cars but not track management .Here are some possible predictions for up and coming season of 2008 as seen through my crystal ball.1) O.S.S. (Ontario Sportsman Series ) comes to Delaware and runs not a twin 50 but a triple 502)OSCARR comes back to Delaware and runs Shadowracer you will like this the Don Biederman Memorial 3)ARCA Trucks come back and I see a Delaware Friday race & Sauble Speedway Saturday4)Auto Value Sprints with a modified feature5)ISMA ( Supermodifieds) good possibilty again but the AmericanDollar may change this event6) As for NCTS series race my crystal ball is saying no.As this series maybe to expensive for this track at this time and the track conditions maybe to expensive to fix at this time As for race series my crystal ball says watch out for the O.S.S. Series as I can see will have a big year with a bigger schelude,bigger car count and with a possible purse of $2000.00to win for a 50 lap race if true will draw cars to this series. On the bad side of this some of these drivers from local tracks may decide to run just this series and travel to the states (U.S.A.) and run there as the Canadian dollar will dictate whether to go there or not.As I was saying this is what my crystal ball is saying.Will it be right only time will tell or is my crystal ball dirty and none of it is right.

Looks like the crystal ball was pretty acurate
Shows that are ago are:
1) OSCARR Don Biderman Memorial
2)ARCA Trucks
3)Auto Value Sprints
4)ISMA
No shows yet:
1)OSS (Ontario Sportsman Series)
2) NCTS ( NASCAR Canadian Tire Series )
Shows that are a go are all listed on Series sites (OSCARR,ARCA Truck,Auto Value Sprint, ISMA )
OSS Does not show on there schelude but shows 2 possible dates open,And NCTS nothing shown yet on there site but i dought it
Delaware will be releasing their tenative schelude tomorrow .Sounds like it could be a good year of racing seeing that the top 4 specials are confirmed by the series involved add the Labour Day Show should be fun

I do not know how many 4 cyl racers they expect to get on a saturday...hopefully one of our off saturdays at barrie will coincide with one of their specials because I would love to try that track....be interesting to see what tranny/gear ratio will work the best...I alreayd have ideas, but looks like I will not be able to try them! DANGIT

Nice to see the Hobbies back, and the show on Sept 6 is gonna rock.

Hmmm. ??? I notice the APC 300 is no longer a 1 day event. Not sure how I feel about that, but everything else looks good.
