The car jonathan is racing this year is the SHEAR METAL ACT car from last year,converted over to race at Delaware.

does that mean his current act car is brand new?

yes brand new mc coll prototype. only one other like it (Pete Vanderwyst drove it at oxford 250).

Delaware has updated their website with all the information for the APC 300. Looks to me like Delaware has done a great job on this one.
