called the track today, the lady there said they are selling as many tickets as they can.....but she also said to call the track office on either friday or early saturday because of the whole ordeal with the natives trying to block off all the bridges around hamilton and even trying to block the 401. just thought i would forewarn everyone before they get down there and find out for themselves.

I live in Cayuga. If I get a chance I'll drive over to the track on Friday after work and see if there are any issues with the roads or bridges (at least the bridge in Cayuga). I'll post my findings.

The native protest is planned for Friday, all will depend on how the officials handle it. I heard a native spokesman today claim on a radio talk show that the only way they are going to be treated fairly by the white man is at the point of a gun. I would hope this is what the minority think. These comments were downplayed by the more media savvy native leaders later today.  😮
