just saw that after winning the 50 lap mini stock invitational at kawartha on friday night, doug and the guys stayed over in the area and raced at peterborough on saturday to a 3rd place finish

I'm from the Ottawa area but was in the peterborough area on the weekend and my b-in-law heard the ad for the 100 lap LM so we went down. Doug had good speed and finished in that 3rd spot after having to restart at the rear on the lap 2 caution. The 49 of Casey Kavanagh that road the cement wall was also a CCS car.
That's great to hear about Doug doing well. Like I said before, that car is getting faster and faster! Doug is a 2nd year racer and won last years 44fun at CCS and is currently in third place. I race against Doug at CCS and he is a stand up guy, along with everybody else I might add!! glad to see he is doing well.
Too bad about Casey. How bad is his car? Hopefully not a right off!
