Well Patrick made the show again this week in Atlanta, starting 21'st. It's too bad he had the flat tire at Daytona in the qualifying race and got rained out the next weekend? I think he might have been close to the top 35 in owner points had it not been for some bad luck.
Here's an interesting piece from nascar.com about his qualifying today if you haven't seen it.

Patrick is an immensely talented racer and will be very successful in the Cup series.

I totally agree Ace. He's impressed me ever since I seen him at the CASCAR race in Cayuga 2 years ago in one of Dave Jacombs cars. Apparently that was his first ever stock car race. I'm hoping for better results tomorrow, although I think the last time I checked he was 37th fastest in the last practice, they must be having some issue with the car or they're trying different stuff out?
Here's the reason he didn't do better in his first NASCAR race. Just click on the video after the page loads.

Just reading on Jayski that qualifying may be in jeopardy today at Bristol due to rain. I sure hope it holds off, Patrick won't make the show otherwise!
