Just watching Shootout practice and Newman, Johnson, Gordon, Gilliland, and Bill Elliot all in a wreck where Newman and Boyer made contact....tommorow should be good, the moneys not even on the line yet.
yup..and now Stewart/Busch & Hamlin all involved in another wreck, and then we had Stewart & Busch playing bumper cars on the way to the pits.

You know what bothers me though. Nascar keeps trying to take all the emotion out of racing. I dont know about you, but I love that contraversy sh**. They ( nascar ) seems to forget if it wasnt for the fight in the first ever fully aired 500 we may not be watchin it next week.
I agree with the crew guys not having to work all night on the cars after the vehicular fisticuffs, so let the drivers deal with it face to face with the cameras rolling. The fans will love it. Easy on the fines / penalties for this type of stuff, emotion is what made this deal what is, dont take it away. Just my opinion.
Thats racing at Daytona. Every year there is all ways something that hypes it up even more. Last year it was Waltrip this year the new car and all the unknows to go with it, guys have the winter itch they all want to get out there and run as hard as they can just to see what the car will do. I love it makes for a good night of racing.
So true that fight I feel had a big part of NASCAR's growth as people tuned in for the next aired race and got hooked
