Here is a prediction.  The twin qualifying races will suck, just as they have for the the last several years.  NASCAR took what was a couple of the best races (and most meaningful in many peoples eyes) and turned them into a waste of time.  14 people having to qualify by racing was exciting.  2 people having to qualify by racing is just brutal.

actually its a minimum of five but your right it still suck as does the locked in theory.

Yes but you have to pick drivers as sucking is not answering the question asked here.

Once the real racing begins no one looks back at the qualifers.
