Great video as usual danka, so great i think donny brandon needs to go to steve jr next week and take back all the crap he gave steve after the race. Proof is definatley in the pudding! still trying to figure out how st onge was allowed to get that much of a jump on the green. I like darryl alot, but i'm not sure whats worse, him jumping like that, or the track letting him away with it.
don blamed him for that? i had the best seat in the house,donny came down on him
Yeah, apparentely he went on a rant as to how steve ruined his season and screwed him in the points. Has someone forgot he is a rookie? Donny has had a good season so far and has impressed me on a few occasions. but nobody is perfect, especially rookies.
do you have any video of the last caution that ended the race, it happened in turn 4 where you were. if you do that would be awesome.. couldn't really see what happened cause of the 4 cylinder cars on pit road, and they didn't really show it on Rogers.
I'm in Vermont on holidays, but I think I only had footage as everything came to a halt at turn 4. The footage I had is in the video already, at the beginning of this thread. 🙂
This example is why you should not go into someones pit after something bad happens on the track! If he hadn't gone to Donnys pit none of that would have happened! Some of you make it sound like Donny went looking for him. He saw the video and knows who was wrong. If Steve jr. would have stayed put til this week, the outcome would have been different. If he can't take the "crap" he should stay out of racing! You go into someones pit, after more then enough people told him not to, you expect "crap". I have been watching racing at the track for 17 years and it seems like it will always be a part of racing. It is up to each driver to admit when they are wrong, some do, some don't, but its normal to be upset! I think all the racers out there have been in a situation like that one time or another! True, he is a rookie, and some of the young guys can blow up good, but show respect, give guys space so they can figure out what happened. What good could have come out of going to his pit? Not much!! All rookies are doing well this year! Good for all! It makes watching all the more exciting!! Keep it up all of you!!!
