I think Brad was using his head in cancelling the races early, that way we were able to commence drinking earlier..lol. I live by the track & it would have been dry to start the night but a shower rolled through at about 10pm. Stopped after about 20 mins but it would have been a long night of drying the track, trying to get in the 50 lap thunder mid season. It may have even rained later but the night got pretty blury after midnight, damn rain outs are hard on the liver. 

I do not partake in the sort of activities you are describing, but at one time I did, and yes that is true. A rain out night means it's time to get hammered and you HURT the next day... Beer goggles and bench racing are not the best companions when you drink with people who like racing as much as you do and are very outspoken like you are... LOL!

i got suckered in by my better half to spend the night with her....lol....i guess that's what happens when it rains..although i did have fun anyways. Theres nothing else i'd rather be doing on a saturday night then racing. Hey I will be in charge of training thoe darn gerbils...they are so fiesty....and as for the duct tape. i only have pink, purple and lavender left....
