No one should be moved at this point of the season, if the 49x is running that strong, look at his handicap, that would be the fair way to do it at this point of the game, take his handicap away, put him at the back of the pack with the front runners.  If they were going to move anyone it should have been done in the first six weeks, move someone now they have no shot at any championship. Remember they move drivers up they only get to take 1/2 the points they have right now. It would be totally unfair to any driver.
