Great idea,  same way they ran it basically back in the 60's - 80's.  Maybe Statsman should put his name in for the handicappers position,  I heard they are looking for new people in the tower.

Back when I was only 17 and knew everything there was to know in the world I figured out that handicapping was not something I wanted to do beyond the one season I did it 🙂 I am constantly amazed that people like Craig at Barrie and Deb at Sunset have done this thankless job for so long. It is far from an easy job to do.

Thanks everyone for your feedback, I also sent the suggestions off to Jim at the Speedway and he said they would definitely be discussing them.

I've seen it sooooo many times, The Duce on pole, Davies outside, St Onge second row. May as well sit aloneside of the 401. Any good racer loves cutting traffic to win. Ron Lipski had a bet at Flamboro back in the early eighty's. He started the main scratch. John would pay him $5.00 for every car he passed only if he won. I saw him win it a few times. I guess you just cant beat these polish pilots, A Jim, LOL.

The nice thing with these rules are that they would start like 8th-ish...they still have to clear traffic but the chance of accidents lessen greatly.
