i've been trying to stay positive and cheery, but tonight has really pissed me off. to start with, how long does it take to post the points on the website? freakin ridiculous! then the mother of all kicks in the groin, i haven't won a feature in 2 years and finally i get one, quite possibly my last. so my cousins and some friends come over, have dinner and sit down to watch the races on rogers. nah, they never taped last week because of the CASCARS (thats right cascars) so the drivers who are there week in week out are screwed over again for a touring series. i'm sure my sponsors would like to see their names in victory lane as would everybody elses sponsors, i've taped every week this year and the one that matters most to me wasn't done. i would love to curse and swear and kick someones knards, but i will call my therapist and take some pills, i just had to vent! AND UPDATE THE DAMNED WEBSITE FOR GODS SAKES!!! MAN I"M PISSED
Heyy Jim, go into the points, and in the date pull down menu, there are double Sept.6ths. The first one doesnt work, but the one underneath does 🙂
I thought it was odd to not see a cameraman come out with dave for the podium interviews....makes sense now....bummer dude.
Yeah that is not right Jim. It seems that whenever the "Big Superstars" of whatever series show up the regulars who are there every week get the shaft.
I hope this problem gets sorted out next year, it should be brought up at some point.
Most of us won't ever be in NCATS or OSS or even OSCAAR but we show up every week and keep the show on while those series are somewhere else.
I'm not saying I don't appreciate those series but we are not just "filler" when they are there.
You know you did it Jim and so does everyone else and in the end, that's all that matters. I know you would like to participate in all of the extras everyone else got, but I'm sure you wouldn't trade the win for another week would you? Winning in front of 9000 fans or whatever has got to be gratifying.
sure, but with rogers being there, it gives us all a chance to relive a situation and in 15 years you can show your grandkids that grandpa wasn't always a turd! ha
