to clarify, the 42 was allowed to race tonight! but he and his car owner chose to take the night off, re-group adn see what the future brings them

the thing is both were guilty of it, as an official you shouldn't respond to, or antagonize an angry driver. the thing that makes me the most p'd off is the race director always snaps at or treats you like your crap when you have a legitimate concern or question. there has to be a point when the owners must weigh in. rick supports that track alot, he races in all 3 divisions whenever and however he can and is a clean driver. it seems you just can't go racing anywhere anymore without more b.s than years previous.
