Yetti, 200 or so posts ago you gave your opinion... Let go...we all know where you stand. But just so your not confused, wherever you go, and whatever you race, some rich guy will out dollar you. It's racing, like it or lump it. It's just the way it is...

All of the stuff that we added to our rules at least one other track has them already: barrie- radios, sauble-fibreglass bodies,kawartha-front load bolts, flamboro/delaware-headers and at kawartha u can also move your upper control arm mounts, so why is it sunset has the insane rules which non of was argued at the meeting, and as far as the metric car, if it didnt have mikes name on it there would be no arguement and dont even think any different cause no one is really sayin anything about the other 2 builders in this. The DCA car u can buy as a roller for 2000 with no cage according to the article in circletrack magazine, ( i am not 100% on this i havent read it personally) wether a car is a tube or stock frame for u to put ALL brand new parts on it (why u wouldnt if u were building a new car is beyond me)its gonna cost u alot of money

these cars are pretty well like old sportsman cars now like when nagy, sheperd, lawlor and lipskie all ran...but running for less payout, good for track owners...casale a few times over the years asked at race meetings "why do you guys want to keep spending more money?"...if all the tracks could get their rules packages in line it could be the best racing class....then the latemodels will die and the track owners will be even happier cuz fans wont kno the difference ;>

and to think that it wasn't really all that long ago that you could run a mid pack Thunder all year for $2000 or less....
