No Gary not sensitive at all.. In fact I'm so cool I urinate ice water..lol Thought I explained my position?? Now in the past I admit I've had some bad things to say about that "track to the south" myself, but gave that up a long time ago on this particular forum when I realized how big an ass it made me look like..Not to say its my favorite place in the world, but there's no reason both area tracks cant thrive and survive (as I have also said in the past) Get my drift now homey??

Ok back to the racing.. Was interesting that Baker black flag in the first LLM feature, as he drove up under Mathews and plowed then spun him.. More damage was done to the Baker car then the 88, but I think it might of been a valuble lesson for Steve as well. Not typical behavior for a point leader (Baker) but I feel this was retaliation for the heat race when the 88 punted and passed Dwayne's son Kyle and then did the same to the 50 of Woodward a few laps later causing both to lose several spots. The retaliation cost Dwayne 24 points to Gordie and 22 to Keith in the season long point chase, but I dont think it really mattered to him as he was out to teach a lesson on behalf of his fellow drivers in the LLM division. Both these prior instances happened right in front of Dwayne who started at the back of that heat. Now apparently Mathews has been pretty "aggressive' at Delaware of late too, and I think its because he really wants the Whelen All American Series title badly.. What I dont think this immensily talented youngster realizes is hes more than likely gonna win it anyways, just based on the # of qualifying races he will run between both Delaware and Barrie.. Now it must be costing him lots to run both tracks, with the travel involved from New Liskard and such (let alone the two sweet lookin McColl cars), so I'm sure he expects some good results. I'm just not sure hes goin about it the right way being so very "aggressive".. As proven this kid is a highly talented wheel man, his 4 OSS feature wins in just 2 Barrie appearances last year and being named 2008 Inside Track "Up and Coming Stock Car Racer of the Year" prove that..Not to mention his 100 lap win at 'The Chase for the Colors" at Peterborough a few weeks back in where he bested alot of the best LLM guys around. The Barrie field actually includes the past two winners of that particular Inside Track award when you count in Brandon Watson who won it in 2007. I just think if Mathews took a more "passive aggressive" approach (as Watson does) he'd earn alot more respect at both tracks, and the results would follow like they always have for him.. Really nice kid too dont get me wrong, and sometimes you have to use the "chrome horn" to get around a tight track like Barrie, but a heat race might not be the best place for it. Young Baker started right behind him in the 25 lapper last night, and coulda retaliated but didnt, and it shows Kyle is learning patience and taking a level headed approach as he knows hes not the fastest car in the field so why make enemies??. That being said the 88 did have a good car underneath him last night, as he ripped off the 2nd fastest lap in the 50 lapper last night with a clocking of 14.699 sec. just behind Shepherd's clocking of 14.643 seconds, I just hope he changes his driving style "moderately" as hes too good a driver to use those type moves, and it will only create problems for him this year and as he moves onto higher levels of racing in the future. Agree or disagree???

I heard the retaliation was because of something that happened between the two at the chase for the colours...but I wasn't there so I don't know...
