No hill3 what I meant is that it is shared fault by the driver and the tech man for the cheating! I would never say it's not cheating unless you get caught! I am soooo against cheating in the first place. If your cheating it doesn't matter if you get caight or not. It still means your cheating! But if you don't get caught then that just means that your getting away with it cause the tech man cannot find it!
