Wouldn't believe everything you read. McColl doesn't supply drivers with a ride, he is a businessman. If McColl was going to supply a ride to someone, there are many drivers from the London area that would be chosen before Brandon.
I wouldn't be so sure on that. While Mike McColl doesn't run a race team himself, he has run several house cars over the past few years (DJ Kennington in '04, Pete Vanderwyst in '05 and '06), which involved some sponsorship brought in by the drivers, but (I would assume) a greater amount of technical assistance from the McColl shop. Furthermore, the geography of the ACT tour would hinder someone from the London-area doing the full tour (at least as it stands right now) whereas someone like Brandon would have 2.5-5 hours less travelling from the Toronto area to do so. It might not actually be the case, but the scenario seems plausible.
Well from what I have been told it isnt a partnership with mccoll or anyone its either them buying a car or changing the LLM into an ACT car, thats just what i heard, and sounds a little more logical.
