yorkie i am problay stating what you already know but if thing were perceive to be fair then a lot of rough driving would go away. not all and that would be dealt with by the flagman and if it was not then the drivers assoc. could step in and ask for help. i guess i am a little spoiled at acms the club owns the track operates and staffs it and all the committees are run by club members, dont get me wrong it is not all roses we have knock down drag out fights but in the end things work out, most times.

sometimes the flagman honestly does not see things. if missed calls and bias call are the norm then use the drivers assoc to Field these problems to the track management, they must understand that without cars there is no show. very rarely does justice have to be done out on the track. four times in 12 years of racing and the leasson i learned was do it when there is no one behind you.

Yes Hill3, I hear what you are saying, but most things get worked out to probably most of everyones satisfaction, right now it's nothing more than yelling, fighting, bashing of cars and drivers leaving or getting seriously hurts. If this ever comes about all drivers would have to agree to accept what the committe and the track rule about a situation. I know that no everyone will be happy but if all agree to abide by decisions, we may end up with a happier bunch of drivers and a much safer track. I mean when things get so heated up that fist fights erupt in the pits, thats pretty sad. People don't think they are being heard, this way they have a voice, but again they will have to except decisions made. I gives me hope that another track has this kind of thing in place for it's drivers. Maybe this just might end up getting off the ground, anymore info on how they actually manage would be great as should enough of us get together and try to fly this we will have to present a solid plan and foundation to build this on.......

we have two committees that may work for you guys. the first is a competition committee, thisconsist of one member elected by class but for a different class they look after rules and comp issue. the second is a ethics committee same set up they would handle the verbal and physical abuse. telling a official to f*** off gets you a one race suspension a punch would give you a year to cool down. i would think your reps would have to have official status. if you go to autoclearingmotorspeedyway.ca and key on the rules for any class there will be 5-6 pgs that might help. i dont want to sound like i have all the answers because i dont but any help i can give i will.
