Just to note, the website has been corrected and I was indeed right about McLeod's win total!!! It was just a mistake plain and simple. I also noticed that they have the finishing order for both 40 lap features listed now!! I'm suprised no one is really talkin about how tight the points are?? In the LLM McLeod has cut the Baker lead from 30 two weeks ago to now a slender 15!! And in Thunders last week it was Doucette leading by 2 points over St. Onge and this week its vice versa but still only a 2 point difference. Dave Burrows has a pretty big lead in the Pure Stocks and if he stays as consistent, as he has all year that division could be his!!! As I stated earlier Crumbie and Slaughter Jr. are now tied for 2nd and thats where the real battle seems to be at this point.Do they still have the rule where the Pure Stock winner must move up the following year after winning the points?? If so I could see Dave forgoing the Thunder division and moving right into a Late Model as I believe the Burrows Boys have one of those kickin around as well!! And the Chargers is the best battle of them all with SUBY leading Crumbie by just 4 points and Mitch Casey only 6 back in 3rd place!! Dave, they have lots of modifieds and motors lieing aorund, but no LLM's....Beau went to look at one, but i dont think his dad is thrillled with the idea....the rulke does not exist either.

I was told differently by Chris Burrows himself at last years banquet, cause we talked about that!! But maybe thats what he meant that they just had the motor but I swear he said they have a LLM chassis as well and I'm almost willing to say I think his father Bill practised it last year at Sunset he told me. I know that they have a Modified that races at Varney and Mosport as well but I could be mistaken and maybe he was just talkin about a LLM motor and parts!!!!

I think the 4 cyl camp moving up is kind of an "un writen" rule.
