The racing was called because the Simcoe county ambulance paramedics, not our track ones, called in the Fire Department because they believed she needed to be extricated from the car. They were told it would be about an hour until the Fire Dept. would arrive and the decision was made to cancel the rest of the evening as it would take a long time to get everything in. Fortunately, they didnt end up needing the Fire Department to extricate her and they got her out on their own, however the call had already been made and most had already left or were on the way out when they did get her out of the car. So our features will be run next Saturday night and then we will have our reg. racing after those features are run.
I hope Nicole is ok !!!..
I think I speak for all of us at BSW when I say I'm glad Nicole Podewils is ok and the fact she wants to go racing nexT weekend says it all. WAY TO GO NICOLE!!!! You cant keep a good racer down. Now the reason for this post is I saw on another topic that it appears the racing for the Barrie cars is starting earlier for the NCTS weekend??? Is this indeed the case??? What time if so??? Geez its mighty nice they let their employees know as I had no idea of this!!!LOL
