It's real shame that Walters bailed ,he was a huge part of the show and very exciting to watch, he always seemed to get really serious in the 2nd half of the season .Barrie will still have the best show if they keep the car count up,with Walters out the way l'm picking McWhirter he has got what it takes.
Im a firm beleiver that had Walters not decided to race at sunset that he would most likely have won the points championship at barrie. Also for the first time this year,i did go to sunset after having been to barrie , kawartha and mosport already this year.I must say i really enjoyed the racing, the car counts were huge in every class including the late models. They really have some very good drivers including vic parsons, chris morrow, rob poole, ron quennelle, ken heyward 7.3 ex oscar super late and now with tom walters running regularly they put on one awsome show.
Pinecrest, you certainly do have a dry sense of humor and a truly obnoxious nature, but in my book they are admirable traits, the reason l changed my post was l thought you were referring to my see-ing eye dog not roger the draft dodgers.Any way i'm going with McWhirter he has a lot more experience and savvy from racing in the U.S.far more than most people know, this ain't the old Mcwhirter (he would have made it over the fence). This kid can drive and he has the best equipment available, time will tell.
Broadway, you must know something we don't, McWhiter put on a clinic and embarrassed the field with an easy win at Barrie tonight.Mike Brown second, Dwayne Baker third.
It would have been interesting but l don't know if Walters would have won it this year, my moneys on Baker its going to be close as Mcloud and McWhirter are getting really consistant.
Yep if Dwayne keeps a leash on the possee the title could be his, with Walters out of the way its a 3 horse race .

Well Jibby most of the time I would agree with you but as for this one I'm going to have to ask you to put the pipe down man you've had way too much!!!! with the exception of Morrow, Quesnelle, Walters is the show!!! yes I left Poole out because he's a rookie and will be a non factor this season, as for Parsons and Hayward the racing has been done for a long long time!!! I am extremely dissapointed in Morrow for staying down @ Sunset that guy and Walters have way too much class for that joint and need to leave ASAP!!! and as for your being a firm believer in a Walters championship at barrie, I'll say this he woulda had a hard row to hoe, cause there's no die in Baker,Mcleod, McWirther or Mr. Mike Brown for that matter hell there's just no "DIE" in anybody at the Best Track in Ontario!!! so you enjoy your field filler pack races where 1 of 3 cars will win cause unless Morrow,Walters or Quesnelle break that's your three!! I will enjoy some great racing with (the exception of Walters) the best LLM drivers around!! now do you happen to want to talk about the thunder cars Jibby???? so enjoy the Innisfil Wrecking Yard!!! I'll be in a nice clean and well kept enviroment @ Barrie Speedway
